New with tags, only tried on for a few minutes! It comes with a spare button and I will ship it in the plastic bag it came in.
Measurements taken from Meta’s website: length 58cm (22.8in) + frill 2cm bust 91cm (35.8in) waist 78cm (30.7in) sleeve length 62.5cm (17.3in) + frill 2.5cm It has shirring in the back but it’s not very stretchy. Alternatively, it has removable waist ties if you need to cinch it. The bow on the front of the blouse has a pin-back and is removable! *Allergy warning! I have two cats. Their hair should not have gotten on the blouse but I will go over it with a lint roller before shipping just to be sure.
