Hello! I'm selling this brand new with tags Atelier Pierrot blouse. I purchased it off of Wunderwelt fleur this year in hopes that it would be a brand blouse that actually fit me and had sleeves. Unfortunately I'm too tall and wide shouldered for it to look right on me even under JSKs. The only wear it has had was for about 40 seconds while I tried it on and immediately nope-d out of it lol

Official measurements are:

Length: 57cm
Underbust: 70~132cm
Sleeve length:  43cm

It is white colorway, comes with the two detachable bows. I am 183cm tall and it's simply not proportioned out for my height, my problem is with the neckline - it becomes a deep square neck at my height if it sits where it is supposed to on my bust. If you are shorter than me the empire waist should work for you!
