NWT Uncle's Workshop - White Wave Tide (L)
This is a dress from Uncle's Workshop (also called Uncle Wall Original on 42lolita) I had purchased. Also their listing says Uncle Wall Original, the tag on the package had the name Uncle's Workshop on it so I write this instead.
I was very happy with the quality (most is fully cotton and it is super breathable and comfortable fabric, the second layer is beautifully embroidered), but unfortunately it did not fit my bust in a non-awkward way, so I have not worn it more since my initial try-on. For reference, my bust size is 89 cm so I would suggest this for people with smaller, despite the max bust stretched being 98 cm.
The measurements on the website did not include waist sizing, so I flat measured the front for a waist measurement: 38 cm. However, do keep in mind the back is fully shirred! You will likely fit even if you have a larger waist perfectly fine. The reason the bust looked weird (to me on myself at least) despite fitting with shirring is because I believe the shape of the chest of the dress is nicer for smaller bust.
It does have waist ties. I had bought the matching cardigan and wanted to sell it with the JSK, but unfortunately could not find it. Final note: the picture of a long bow is the one meant to be pinned to the front of the dress.
