This pannier is literally MASSIVE. Tags still on. It's considered an A-line, but it actually wears a bit like Classical Puppets' bell shape petti in my opinion.
Shipping is $18 in Canada and $20 to USA just because it won't fit in a normal envelope or whatever.
waist fits between 22-35 inches
cotton underskirt is about 37 inches around (18.5 inches flat) in the hip area; could easily be removed to fit more "free size," though
