New with tags, I've only tried it on then returned it to the plastic. Tags are still on.
The OTKs are not new. I got them off Mercari and the owner said they were worn once briefly. I have not worn them myself.

Sad sale, I just don't have the wardrobe to match it so I will let it go. </3
