NWT Putumayo cafe sailor blouse in navy. The color is a more desaturated navy, not a saturated blue like in Putumayo's official photo.
I'm the first owner of this blouse and only tried it on once.

Please note that this item doesn't have any stretch and is smaller than its official measurements (particularly in the bust)!
