Blouse with Pleat Striped Ruffle Tie by Moi-même-Moitié new with tags and excellent condition, except unfortunately missing the removable tie. Bought secondhand at a convention and tried on once by me. It's a lovely blouse with silver pinstripes and silver rose buttons, but it doesn't quite fit me. The sleeves are a bit tight, so I would recommend this for a person who has thin upper arms.

Would it be possible for you to take the flat measurements of the bust? I know Moitie is a little tricky with their provided measurements sometimes.

Sure thing! Thanks for your interest. When I lay the blouse flat and measured across just under the armpits, I got 15 inches or around 38 cm.
