I have a bust of 40 inches 😭 there’s no stretch / elastic to allow for a flexible fit?

There's no shirring but there is a slight amount of stretch to it. Although I'm sure not enough to fit a 40 :( I'm at 35 & I think that there's a possibility of maybe another inch or 2 available (wearing like, a thin spirts bra or nothing) but that would be it honestly.
