The fabric gives no stretch.
Note that the blouse runs a little small of those measurements. It should have fit me but it did not like my larger bust and broad shoulders!
There is a small tear underneath the button flap from where I tried to stretch the fabric too far. I believe it could be easily sewed back up. It is NOT NOTICEABLE while wearing the blouse, only the wearer would know it’s there.
