This skirt has only been tried on, it’s fully lined.. comfy, soft material. Features emblem buttons with chains. Also, the zipper was professionally replaced because the original would not zip up completely… the new zipper is much better and I haven’t had any problems with it zipping up all the way. The waist is 28".

Hi ghost. :) I can ship the skirt in a padded priority mail envelope (2-3 days to reach you) for $6.80. It's a tight fit but if i fold it up just right it fits. If, however, you would be more comfortable with it in a box it can be shipped in a medium flat rate box for $13.45
