NWT IW Frilled Satin Ribbon Headband in the Blue colorway. This color pairs beautifully with the Himari Blouse that IW released awhile back.

I bought this directly from Innocent World JP and it is NWT. I only briefly tried it on at home.
Selling because sadly this design does not look great with my face shape.
