Would a regular Classical Puppets bell petticoat (they're around 45 cm long) be good enough for the skirt of this length, or will I have to buy a longer petti?

Also how tight does the lacing in the back go? I'm concerned the waist might be too loose for me as well... if you don't mind me asking, I want to make sure the waist will actually hit my natural waist instead of a few inches up (been having that problem lately, and I am new to lolita), how will it fit someone who is 5'7"?

I measured it by tape ruler, the upper body part is around 1.6-1.7 inch (40-43cm) in length (straps included), you might want to measure your upper body length to determine where this dress would fit. The lacing in the back goes okay in the breast for me personally, (34 inch breast, 24 inch waist), I would suggest looking at the official measurement as well to see if you would fit.

I used a 70cm petticoat, but I think a 60-65 cm one would work as well. BTW, I have the classical puppet bell petticoat as well ;) and I personally think it goes best with dresses 90-95 cm in length.

Sorry to pepper you with more questions! Where did you get your longer petticoat? I looked around in all the petticoat stores just now and couldn't find any :(

I got it on Taobao. I believe Innocent World also has long petticoats but they are, of course, far more pricier than Taobao. ;D
