New with tag and never worn

Infanta short blouse with beautiful sleeves. Perfect for hot weather! I bought this and tried it on but it didn't fit me right so it's never been worn outside and still has tags. It is "average size" and stretchy but I would recommend it for a person with a smaller bust. There is some slight discoloration on one of the sleeves but I think it came like that and will possibly wash out. See photo, it's not very noticeable.
