NWT Infanta Fruit Popsicles Dress JSK + KC in Purple
I purchased this new a few years ago. It ended up not fitting my bust very well due to where the line is. I recommend this for a smaller chest then what's listed here. I have cats but don't smoke. The dress has been in its original bag in exception for the couple times I tried it on. I've added a photo showing the dress on with no petticoat. I'm currently around a US dress size 6-8.
This dress's skirt starts under the bust, so it doesn't really have a maximum waist size.
