Purchased this qi otome style dress from Taobao and the bust measurement was slightly off from what was given on the selling page so I can't fit T_T Selling it off and not have it languish in my closet. It's super pretty and great for summer (when summer comes around again 😄). The chest ribbons can be tied in a variety of ways and note the dress is more a light green overall than blueish.
