New with tags ruffled underskirt from Little Dipper. The underskirt is very swishy, really great for pairing under a jsk or OP. Can also be worn as a skirt as it's very full. Do note that the stock picture states 68cm but in actuality, the underskirt measures 76cm instead. And the underskirt is a dark navy as it looks black in the proof pictures.
