I bought this directly from Japan through Wunderwelt Fleur (that sells new items made by brands) but haven't found a good use case for it and it has been languishing in my closet unworn for over half a year now, so it's time to send it to a new home where it will get some love!
It's NWT...the retail price at Harajuku Hearts is a whopping $196(!) and it's sold out at Wunderwelt Fleur.

[Brand comment] This is a corset type cummerbund. It creates a flattering line like a corset and does not feel tight because you can adjust the waist ribbon. Please enjoy coordinating with your clothes♪ It will make them even nicer! You can adjust sizing by how you tie the ribbon in the back as well as using the front lacing. Please bear in mind that the color of the cloth may look slightly different from the actual item depending on your monitor.
I feel like the lace is white, while the fabric material is a light cream color. The first three pictures are stock photos and the last two pictures are my proof pics.
