Blue OP size S+, NWT

I sell this dress new because I ordered it size M but measures are smaller and I don't fit into it.
Please consider it as size S+/ comfy size S or tight M.

I received it as Christmas present that's why label was removed but I never worn it as mentioned before.

Size = bust 82cm (S)/ waist 70cm (M)/ bodice 38cm (S) - see pictures as proof
Dress comes with : 2 removable tails with golden flower broches and blue ribbons / removable big bow at backside/ removable bow with blue flowers at the belt/ 2 blue ribbons on shoulders.
