NWT Classical Puppets bell petticoat
White CP bell petticoat. Still in original packaging.
Long story short: I ended up with two of the same petticoat, and only need one. I've never even taken this out of the packaging. The "lace" on the bottom is a bit funny, but most dresses should cover it. Judging by what other people have said about this petticoat, it should work with a 76cm-120cm waist. Please let me know if you'd like any more information!
