This petticoat is new with tags, and has been stored in plastic, hanging in my closet since the summer. (It did not arrive in time for a coord I had planned, which is why it is NWT.) The item is called A-line, but it has a lovely bell-shape. According to Lolibrary:
Waist: 56~85cm (note: max stretch seems to be about 90cm, but I do not recommend going above the Lolibrary measurements)
