Would this fit a 91cm bust/waist?

Hello! I gace measured it flat; the back is 43 cm raxes, 45 cm stretched, and front is 44 cm related, 46 cm stretched. I guess if buttonsa are slightly repositioned it will fit, howevwe with current button positions it will fit, but very very snug!
