New with tags, never worn, and bought directly from Bodyline. Partially shirred waist. Good for classic and sweet lolita styles. The skirt is no longer on the Bodyline website. It's a couple years old, but it is still new with tags and wasn't taken out of its original packaging until recently. The skirt's measurements taken flat are 12.5 inches flat not stretched, and 15 inches fully stretched across the waist band. Its length is 23 inches. My dress form's waist is set to 28 inches and it fits easily if that helps.

Shipping quotes are approximate and usually based on flat rate box prices with tracking as I do not have a scale. If there is a cheaper option with tracking when I go to the post office, I will refund for the difference same day
