I already have a black petticoat in this same shape-- I don't think I can fit two in my closet! This is from a Lucky Pack, so I can't find measurements and such. If you'd like them, please let me know and I can measure by hand! 
This is new with tags and was tried on only once!
Note: I have two cats. Although they don't have direct access to my closet, I cannot guarantee it will arrive without cat hair!
