This is a beautiful OP, and one that I really wish would fit me well, but unfortunately my bust is a little too large for it. I have 117cm bust and 98cm waist, and the shirring on the bust squeezed me a bit too much.
I would not recommend this for a bust above at most 114. The waist was fine on me, so I would say any waist below like 105cm is fine.
I would also not recommend this dress if you have a tiny build, as I had my friend try it on to see if it fit her and it was much too big and long. She is 5 feet tall, and has a thin build.
