NWT tag blouse from Atelier Perriot Christmas 2016 lucky pack. Briefly tried on over a t-shirt but despite the FANTASTIC sleeves, never worn because I don't do round collars. My loss is your gain!
Bow is detachable, blouse can be made smaller than listed measurements by using back lacing. Small children may easily be smuggled in sleeves.
