The skirt is brand new with tags. Selling as it turned out a big too sweet for me, but the skirt is absolutely beautiful especially paired with the matching items. I have the matching KC and blouse, but they are NWOT. I am listing them separately, but if you decide to buy the set, we can settle on a lower price. I also have 2 pairs of NWT socks from Yukine's Box, I bought them when planning to coord this skirt, so they are also a great match.
