AP Sugary Carnival OP in Lavender, 2011 release, new with tags.

Angelic Pretty's Sugary Carnival One-Piece in Lavender. New With Tags.
I am the second owner and have only tried it on a handful of times.
There are no odors or stains that I have found.
The headbow seems to have had the tag removed and then pinned back on.
Will come with off-brand lavender wristcuffs.
I bought this dress on this site almost a year ago and it has been sitting in my closet ever since, so I think it's time it had a new home.

There is partial shirring in the back, but these measurements only have a little bit of wiggle room.
