NWT Angelic Imprint cross shoes w/ detachable wings 39EUR 24.5cm

I ordered these with a custom size of 42eur but sadly they do not fit at all. The insole is about 24.5cm long, which means they should fit a 39-39.5 size EUR or a 8-8.5 size US. They are new with tags (which I detached but I will include them if you want), barely tried on, never worn outside, without the original box as I was getting them in a larger order and wanted to get rid of any excess weight, but I can ship them in a shoe box if you'd like. The wings on the back are detachable, the heel is 7cm. I wouldn't recommend these if you have a bigger ankle as the ankle straps are a bit tight. They're also pretty slim width-wise.
