If the buyer prefers insurance, they will have to pay extra. If the buyer does not respond to communications, or if auction is not paid for in full within 48 hours of winning the listing, the sale is void and negative feedback will be given. Please be open if something comes up and you are unable to pay within 48 hours--so long as communication is open, I am willing to work with anybody. Silence is what makes things frustrating.
