Hello just to make sure I understand the listing correct, the $20 buy now price includes all shipping and fees and there won't be any additional cost unless I request different shipping method? Just want to be sure before I buy :) Thanks!

That's correct! :) I factored in the cost of shipping and such when setting the Buy Now price, so you'll only be charged that $20, nothing more.
