The dress is SO LOVELY! But it's more suited for colder climates so have to let it go. The awesome thing about the dress is you can hook the skirt up for the late Victorian era bustle effect or leave it down, so you get two different looks.

Has only been tried on once briefly, never worn out. You can wear it for a steampunk event or a Charles Dickens/Victorian party!

Note the brooch at the neck ribbon pictured does not come with the dress. The white underskirt is non-detachable.
