Brand new petticoat from Tulu Tulu Lolita. Only tried on and taken out of the packaging for photos. The quality is really great and the material is soft, I'm sad it doesn't work for me.

This is an adjustable crinoline: you can change the poof level and shape to be more cupcake or A-line. It has a soft chiffon layer on top so the skirt lays smoothly.

The brand listing says this goes from 90-120cm, and the waist elastic does, but the top hoop does not extend enough to poof on me (110cm waist) so I wouldn't recommend it for someone on the upper end of those measurements.
