By the Japanese indie brand Morun x Muuna Stoik.
I bought this at a convention thinking I would use it but it has languished for over half a year and I have never reached for it (mainly because I don't own any cold white pieces (!)), so off it goes to a new home!
The lace is really luxurious and lovely. It's in a bright (cold) white color so if you have true whites in your wardrobe it will pair really well with those items.

Doesn't slide off easily yet is easy to remove.
