Super cute skirt with themes of silly parrots, tea, and flowers. Never worn, only tried on once. Has partial shirring, and fits a waist size of 60-86. Comes with one additional bow and a hair clip.

I'ma be honest and say I'm not much of a sweet or pink person (I did it for the birds), and all of my pettis are too long for this, so I'm too lazy to buy another one. It either needs something less than 45cm, or you need to fold the waistband of your petti. It might work if your petti doesn't have lace at the ends, because the only problem is my petti's lace can be seen through the skirt's lace. It's not super noticeable, but I'm picky.
