Plus size friendly 100% cotton blouse from MeLikesTea. The blouse has convenient snap buttons and beautiful lace. It just fits me at 112 bust and 100cm waist, so I'd say those are the absolute max measurements. It fits comfortably on 40cm shoulders and is tall-friendly with long sleeves. Not been worn out but tried on a few times, I will wash it before shipping. The pink color is closest to the first picture.
