This was gift to me but does not fit. Only tried it on once. Comes with matching bow! Do have cats, will clean with a lint roller before shipping it away. Flat measurement; wait band-29cm(stretches to about 44cm), length-44cm. Has been sitting in storage for a year so it's wrinkle and tiny it of rust on the clip of the bow.
