New Without Tag Lady Sloth black tiered underskirt. Was listed as "Chiffon Underskirt" on her Storenvy in 2016. Features 4 layers of chiffon ruffles attached to a cotton skirt. Was purchased new by me and has never been worn. Perfect for adding a modesty layer if you're a taller lolita, or to add volume to a gothic coord.
The waist is free size, there is no official size marked on the tag. Flat measurement of the waist is 16 inches, could fit anywhere from 35 inch to 50 inch waist. Length of skirt is 26 inches. Originally sold for $70 + shipping.
