Shipping to the US is as follows: Standard untracked uninsured $7.80 – 6-9 working days Registered $13.40 – 5-7 working days Express post $14.70 – 4 working days Courier $63 – 1-5 working days I will ship using any method chosen, and am happy to combine shipping, however I cannot take responsibility for any items once posted so I would recommend some kind of tracked postage. For the measurements, about 92cm waist would be the max and free size hips. The measurements do go about 4-6cm wider than this, but I had a friend try it on and past 92cm it would be tight.
