Purchased new without tags from Japan, never worn by me. It's been sitting in my closet for over a year now (plus i already own a different white blouse that I love more).
It is a true white. My room has very warm yellow lighting making it appear ivory. It has cute heart cutout lace on the neck and wrists. The bow is detachable by buttons under the collar

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
