NWOT Angelic Pretty Dot Tulle Ribbon Headband/Headbow in Black
NWOT. I unfortunately don't have the tag but I've only tried it on briefly and never wore it out! I'm selling because the bow is quite big and I have a small head so it looks weird on me! Hoping that it will find a new home where it will actually be worn/loved!
