NWOT Angelic Pretty Holy Lacy doll op dress

I bought NWOT, it has been sitting in my closet since I don't wear lolita very often anymore. Absolutely gorgeous piece - the lace is extremely detailed and the fabric is heavy. The dress is long and elegant, perfect for any gothic princess.
This dress is missing one of the waist ties - I'm unsure how this happened as I've never worn or even tried on the dress, and I received it new. There is an extra button sewn on the tag inside the dress, and it would be a very cheap to alter the waist tie into two - the dress is black and lacy, so it would honestly be unnoticeable.
