NWOT AP Blouse

Adorable white blouse that would match almost anything! The buttons have glitter in them. The blouse has lots of shirring in the back.

I am the second owner of this blouse. The original owner said she never wore it and I haven't either. I washed it just in case, and it's ready to ship out.
