After winning an auction, the buyer must respond to my message within 48 hours. After receiving the invoice on Paypal, the buyer must pay within 48 hours, unless an agreement specifying otherwise has been made. If one of these are not upheld by the buyer, I will relist the item. Payment via Paypal only (unless you’re in Norway, then I may accept Vipps or bank transfer). All items sold as-is, any damage will be pictured in proof photos. I only ship tracked. I'm not responsible for packages that are lost or get damaged in transit. I'm not responsible for any tax/VAT charges the buyer may incur when the package arrives to their home country. I have the right to refuse sales at my discretion. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Invoices are sent to the Paypal email address connected to the buyers LaceMarket account. I will not ship to an address not listed on the buyers Paypal account. I have three cats (allergy friendly breed), but my clothes are kept in a room they do not have access to. All clothing items are washed and lint rolled before being shipped, but I can not guarantee that an item will be 100% free of cat hair. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, there are some countries I can't ship to. The Norwegian post may change this at any time.
