This is brand new, only tried on once. I spent months tracking this piece down and I looove it (have you seen the lil wings?! The ornate buttons?!) but the fit isnt good enough on me to hold onto it. It is partially shirred and stretches up to 30". The material is polyester but feels heavier almost like canvas and has great structure.  Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing, 

Comes from a non-smoking home. I do have a cat but she is not allowed to wear my clothing and I lint roll everything before shipping it out.
