In good condition but has piling and a feeling of wear due to age. It's almost 20 years old so please don't buy unless you're ready for that. This is a small skirt with no shirring. probably best if you are up to 26-27 inches (27 might be pushing it a bit though). has the bustle. I am not taking offers at this time
