I ordered this from SS Chinese Lolita Updates back in Feb 2020 and it just arrived - brand new with tags never worn!  
When i bought it, i had an event in mind but it took a long time to arrive and just decided against keeping it

Chinese indie brand Nobeing Alice in Wonderland themed OP great for Disney outing!.  Alice sax blue, built in blouse with gold spade/heart/clover/diamond buttons and contrasting collar one side white and one side checkered.  the blue skirt part of the dress has adjustable ribbons you can pull up and tie with a bow to reveal the built in underskirt which is the most stand out unique part of the dress: giant layered playing cards king of spades, queen of hearts, 10 of diamonds, 6 of clubs, 5 of clovers. 
also with the set is a matching apron of a giant kind of spades as pictured.  
size Small but i think it would fit S-M... please see photo for original manufacturer's measurements (look at top OP section)
Bust 92cm, Waist 70cm, Shoulder width 35cm, Sleeve length 57cm, dress length 102cm
