Skirt has pulled thread on the bottom right back side! The vertical scrunching you see on the front and back are intentional. (See shop link for more images) Skirt is in otherwise good condition aside from the pull.

Edit: I was able to flatten the thread pull, but there is still a thread bunch in the center of it. See last image
