Bought second hand. Made out of very heavy fabric, that's also a bit stretchy. The OP is fully lined. Waist ties are not detachable.
Damages: overall worn feeling; material is quick to pick up dust particles; there's piling, especially in the front centre (below the yoke), and on the whiite cuffs and collar; previous owner might have had a white haired pet, because there are white fur in different areas of this dress. I'll lint roll everything again prior to shipping out, but I can't afford 100%.

The absolute maximum for comfortable wear is 90 cm, because the fabric has little bit of stretch to it.
