Once shipped, FOB is at receipt of shipping company or postal service. Loss or damage of the package is the liability of the shipping company or post office until package is delivered. I have two dogs, but all my lolita clothing is stored in a closet separate from street clothing and my dogs. However, I will do my best to remove hair/fur but traces are possible, especially on shoes. I do not do payment plans. I can list the item on depop for you so you can use the layaway option. Just message me. International shipping out of the USA can be cost prohibitive, so I generally only list quoting available for items with a sale price of 60$USD+.
