Nightwisper Lolita Rainbow Pastel Petticoat *PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY* HEAVILY ALTERED
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PETTI HAD BEEN HEAVILY ALTERED BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER BEFORE I GOT IT, AND I FURTHER ALTERED IT.
Will fit a ~103 cm waist, but not bigger. When I first was wearing it it was so tight it gave me stomach cramps, so I lengthened the elastic waistband. It's 4 layers and over 40 cm long, on shorter dresses it might poke out the bottom so fair warning! Good for longer dresses though.
The previous owner who originally bought this petti thought that cutting out the lining would make it bigger, it did not. I unfortunately couldn't do anything to mend the rips and cuts they made, but luckily none of the tulle fabric that the actual poofy part is made of has been altered. It's not ripped or stained or smelly etc., only the lining and waistband have been altered.
I only wore this for less than a year, and the person who owned it before me seemingly tried it on, cut it up, and promptly resold it to me. It's great for longer dresses and it's very poofy, plus it's fun and cute colors. I hope someone else can use this better than me now that I've gotten myself a MeLikesTea petti!

I have 3 cats and a lizard, so beware if you're highly sensitive to cat fur. I try my best to not have much on any items but in a house like this it's inevitable. It's unlikely that you'll encounter any scales, but possible. I'm pretty sure they're hypoallergenic.
